One of the all-time classics! Kids love bright-colored wiggly food they can eat with their fingers! For a more adult version, you can investigate Jell-O Shots, but Jigglers are fun for all ages! Note the necessity of using only boiling liquid to dissolve the Jell-O. This is because Jigglers use roughly double the gelatin of the normal recipe, and it dissolves better in the hot water. Chef Andy learned all about this in High School chemistry, but has forgotten most of it by now. Though he remembers his lab partner was really cute. |
